Arsenal, Newcastle and West Ham United are all considering moves to bring Fiorentina forward Moise Kean back to the Premier League.
Kean has scored 20 goals in 34 appearances across all competitions for Fiorentina this season and is the second-highest scorer in Serie A. The 25-year-old has been rejuvenated since signing for Fiorentina from Juventus last summer.
His impressive performances have attracted interest from England despite a difficult spell in the Premier League earlier in his career.
Kean signed for Everton for a fee of around £27.5m in 2019 but netted just four times in 39 games for the club. He impressed on loan at Paris Saint-Germain in 2020/21, scoring 17 times, before joining Fiorentina last summer after three seasons with Juventus.
Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb are reporting that Arsenal, Newcastle and West Ham have all enquired into the conditions of his release clause. For clubs outside of Italy, Kean will be available for a fee of €52m (£43.8m) this summer.
Arsenal’s focus for the summer window is signing a centre-forward, following a failed bid for Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins in January. Mikel Arteta expressed his disappointment at the failure to bring in a goalscorer, amid season-ending injuries to Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus.
Newcastle, meanwhile, have Callum Wilson out of contract in the summer and are aware of interest from Alexander Isak from Europe’s top clubs. West Ham are also keen to sign a striker with Michail Antonio sidelined after a road traffic accident and Niclas Fullkrug enduring a challenging debut campaign in England.
