Bayern Munich believe Florian Wirtz favours a move to Liverpool if he is to depart Bayer Leverkusen this summer according to the Athletic's David Ornstein.
In a huge boost to the Reds, the report states that the 22-year-old playmaker has already visited the north west of England to look for houses to live in, should the move take place, with Bayern aware of his transfer preference.

The German international's contract runs through to 2027, and club CEO Fernando Carro said in April there was a "very high chance" of him staying at Leverkusen. However in May, the player said he was "definitely keen" to move at some point and "experience something new".
Any deal for Wirtz is expected to be extremely expensive in terms of a transfer fee, agent fees and his wages.
