Celtic FC Women fought out a 2-2 draw with Glasgow City on Friday night in a top-of-the-table clash.

Amy Gallacher and Maria McAneny scored the goals for the Hoops, with both players producing impressive strikes, the former giving Celtic an early lead in the match and the latter equalising after the break.

And for last night’s game, captain Kelly Clark wore a special armband as part of Celtic’s support for the Football v Homophobia Scotland campaign’s month of action.

Celtic has always been a club open to all, and in supporting this month of action, the club is reiterating its opposition to all forms of discrimination and prejudice, and emphasising that football should be a safe and welcoming environment for all LGBTIQ+ supporters.
