Tottenham Hotspur will entertain Brighton and Hove Albion at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this Sunday as they hope to secure a victory at home in the Premier League. Spurs became the UEFA Europa League champions after beating Manchester United by a 1-0 scoreline in midweek. Hence, their confidence would be quite high ahead of this game.
Ange Postecoglu will set his men up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and could make a whole host of changes to his first team for this game. Kevin Danso, Ben Davies and Sergio Reguilon will all get a chance to impress from the start of this clash.
Antonin Kinsky could get a chance to operate in between the sticks for the North London club as he looks to secure a clean sheet at home. Kevin Danso will play alongside Ben Davies at the heart of Tottenham‘s defence as they try to keep the Southampton attackers frustrated throughout the 90 minutes.
Djed Spence will get a chance to shine as the right-back while Sergio Reguilon hopes to prove his worth on the other side as the left-back. Postecoglu will allow both of them to get forward and join in on the attack whenever they can.
Cristian Romero and Pedro Porro will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Pape Matar Sarr and Archie Gray will operate as the holding midfielders as they try to win the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park.
The gifted trio of Heung-min Son, Wilson Odobert and Mikey Moore will play just ahead of them as part of Postecoglu’s attack. All three of them need to combine well if Spurs are to come out on top this weekend.
Rodrigo Bentancur, Brennan Johnson and Yves Bissouama will be available for selection on the bench as they await their chance to make an impact in the second half if required.
Mathys Tel will lead the charge for the North London giants up top. He has to find a way to threaten the Brighton goal.
Dominic Solanke will get a rest on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the final quarter if Tottenham are in need of a goal by then.
