Haaland voted Etihad Player of the Month for September | OneFootball

Erling Haaland's class and consistency for City has seen him voted our Etihad Player of the Month for September.

It’s the second successive month that the Norwegian striker has captured the award and serves as another illustration of his magnificent start to the 2024/25 campaign.

A brace of goals against Brentford in our opening fixture of the month helped secure an important 2-1 league victory as City came from behind to overcome Thomas Frank’s side at the Etihad.

And the 24-year-old then followed that display up by netting early on in our 2-2 draw at home to Arsenal to bring up what was his 100th City career goal – a feat achieved in just 105 games.

It also saw Haaland become just the 19th City player to achieve a century of goals for the Club.

In securing the September prize, Erling saw off the challenge of team-mates Jack Grealish and Josko Gvardiol
