Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has set his sights on a move to Spain, with Hansi Flick’s Barcelona.

That’s according to talkSPORT, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Manchester.

The name of frontman Rashford has of course positioned itself front and centre in the media headlines in Spain over the course of recent weeks.

This comes after the revelation that the 27-year-old is ready to depart Old Trafford was followed by swift links with the aforementioned Barcelona.

As much comes amid an ongoing search for reinforcements out wide on the part of the Blaugrana.

And, if the latest word to have come to the fore on Thursday is anything to go by, then Rashford, for his part, is equally keen on the prospect of joining forces with Hansi Flick’s side for next season.

As per a report from talkSPORT, citing transfer insider Alex Crook:

‘Marcus Rashford is seeking a move to Spain with Barcelona at the top of his wishlist, talkSPORT understands.’

The problem for the England international, however, is that Barca, as things stand, are not in any position to sign new players.
