Olympique de Marseille’s Luis Henrique (23) has told Get French Football News that he is dreaming of a call-up to the Brazilian national team after an excellent start to the season.
With 15 goal contributions in his first 23 matches in all competitions – despite at times featuring at wing-back – he is ranked among the top five most decisive Brazilians in Europe’s top five divisions. He is among the likes of Vinícisu Jr., Raphinha, and Rodrygo.
Henrique is an admirer of the aforementioned players, as he told Get French Football News, and he is hoping to join up with them at the Seleção. “I think they are brave players, Brazilians that are important for their clubs and so I watch them and I want to be like them too,” began the Marseille winger.
He added, “Of course [I am thinking about a call-up]. I hope [to get a call-up]. It is a dream too. As I said, I have to work. When the moment comes, I have to be ready.“
