It is now down to five clubs for three Champions League places, with Nottingham Forest, Manchester City, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Aston Villa still in contention.
Liverpool had made sure of the title and Champions League football next season, some time ago.
On Sunday, Arsenal became the second Premier League club to get over the line via their league position.
Now it will go right to the wire, the five contenders all playing on Sunday.
A 4pm kick-off for Man City (away at Fulham), Newcastle United (home to Everton), Aston Villa (away at Man U)and Nottingham Forest v Chelsea at the City Ground.
Due to their (losing!) FA Cup Final appearance, Man City have their game in hand at home to Bournemouth on Tuesday night.

An interesting update from BBC Sport.
As they report on what Statisticians Opta are predicting in terms of Champions League chances for the five clubs.
BBC Sport report – 19 May 2025:
‘Statisticians Opta give Manchester City the best chance of qualifying for the Champions League – 85.9% – because of that game in hand.
Newcastle are not far behind with an 83.5% chance, and Chelsea are predicted to finish there in 56.8% of their predictions.
Villa are given a 44.4% hope, with Forest down on 29.3%.
Former Newcastle striker Les Ferdinand, speaking on Sky Sports, said: “I think the last game of the season at home you’d expect Newcastle to beat Everton because Everton have nothing to play for.
“I think Manchester City will do it. We know they can produce when they want. I know things haven’t been great for them this season but they can turn up when they need to.”
