Premier League Acca Tips: Two big away wins backed in 24/1 fourfold

After the drama of the FA Cup last weekend, the Premier League returns to our screens on this Valentines weekend and we’re looking for a lovely 23/1 accumulator to land, but we need two big away wins to make it happen.

FA Cup Acca Tips

  • Aston Villa vs Ipswich – Home win
  • Fulham vs Nottingham Forest – Away win
  • Crystal Palace vs Everton – Away win
  • Liverpool vs Wolves – Home win
  • 23/1 with Sky Bet

Aston Villa vs Ipswich

We’re starting off with a win for Aston Villa in their home match against Ipswich Town. The Villains have been imperious on their own patch of late, going 11 games unbeaten in front of their vociferous home support, whereas Ipswich’s hopes of avoiding the drop are dwindling week-by-week.

The Tractor Boys have lost their last four league games and although they did pick up a win over Coventry City in the FA Cup last week, Villa have won important Champions League and FA Cup matches against Celtic and Tottenham Hotspur respectively since their last Premier League outing, which will give them plenty of confidence to pick up a win here.

Fulham vs Nottingham Forest

It seems almost too good to be true to see Forest at such a long price to pick up another Premier League win this weekend. The Tricky Trees have won no fewer than eight of their last ten Premier League games, losing only once and they’ve also kept five clean sheets in their last eight games.

Fulham have shown flashes of brilliance this season, but it’s worth noting that they’ve won just one of their last six matches in all competitions at Craven Cottage, falling to a 0-1 defeat to a struggling Manchester United outfit in their last fixture in front of their own fans. Don’t sleep on Forest’s top four charge as they go in search of another big three points here.

Crystal Palace vs Everton

Crystal Palace take on Everton in Saturday’s 5.30pm kick-off and the Toffees will be riding the crest of the wave following the drama of Wednesday’s Merseyside Derby. A last-gasp James Tarkowski volley secured an important point for David Moyes’ men against arch-rivals Liverpool meaning they’ve now taken 10 points from the last available 12 in the Premier League.

Despite their struggles in the Premier League in recent years, Crystal Palace are one team that the Toffees seem to get the better of on a regular basis – since a 4-0 FA Cup win for the Eagles at Selhurst Park in 2022, they’ve not been able to beat Everton in eight games in all competitions, going down 2-1 in the reverse fixture between the two sides back in September. There’s definitely value in an away win in this one.

Liverpool vs Wolves

Okay, so we may not be adding the most value with our Sunday selection of Liverpool to beat Wolves, but it’s worth adding this to your betslip this weekend as we see very little chance of the Reds slipping up in this game as they look to get their title charge back on track following the madness of their midweek draw with Everton.

The Reds have lost just one of their last 14 meetings with Wolves, winning 12 and although they’ve improved under Vitor Pereira, the men in gold have actually lost their last two away games in the Premier League, conceding six goals in the process. This is a perfect opportunity for Arne Slot’s side to flex their muscles and get the title charge back on track.
