Chelsea are in the race to sign Feyenoord centre back David Hancko according to reports in The Netherlands.
The Blues are gearing up for another busy summer, which could see them fund their business by selling as many as seven or eight players.
Chelsea face a critical window and are looking to sign a striker, centre back and right footed attacker to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad.
Whilst a striker is the main priority the Blues are also in the market for a centre back and there’s expected to a reshuffle in that department this summer.
Chelsea have identified Dean Huijsen as their main target, whilst they are also said to have interest in Marc Guehi and Jorrel Hato.

However, it appears the Blues have identified another name, and Dutch outlet Voetbal International have reported the Blues are in the race for Hancko.
The report states Saudi club Al-Nassr are interested in the 27-year-old and have made contact with Feyenoord, whilst Chelsea, West Ham and Atletico Madrid are also interested.
Voetbal International add that Hancko is certain to leave Feyenoord this summer and earn the Dutch side a large fee.

He would bring experience to Chelsea’s backline, which they currently lack and he’s been capped 50 times by Slovakia, with Hancko previously linked with a Stamford Bridge switch.
There’s no mention of a fee, but Hancko could be a good option for the Blues, although it’s clear there’s a number of suitors for his signature.
Chelsea fans are desperate for experience, but it looks like the main defensive targets are young players with high potential.
Hato, who’s 19 and about to win the Dutch title with Ajax is said to have been subject of long term interest from the Blues, with Chelsea giving serious consideration to signing the teenager.
The youngster is a left back who can play at centre back and it would make sense to bring him in as back up to Marc Cucurella if Renato Veiga moves on.
