AC Milan Women produced a spirited fightback to ensure that their 2024-25 season ended with a draw against Roma.

In Sunday’s game at the Tre Fontane in the capital, the Rossonere provided one final thrill as they came from three goals behind to draw 3-3 with Roma. Milan found themselves 2-0 down at the break, and the second half opened with another Giallorosse goal to give them a mountain to climb.

However, Suzanne Bakker’s side fought back. A header from Mesjasz started the comeback, making it 3-1, then Evelyn Ijeh took centre stage. She scored two goals, including a brilliant left-footed strike to level things at 3-3 at the end of a half dominated by the away side.
