Roma are reportedly aiming to secure the transfer of Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca before the end of the month.
The capital club are famously looking for an additional attacker to serve as Dovbyk’s back-up.
With Eldor Shomurodov set to complete a move to Venezia in the coming days, Claudio Ranieri has asked the club to pursue 24-year-old Lucca.
The Italian shares the same as agent of Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante – Giuseppe Riso is already working to try and convince Udinese to hear out Roma’s proposal, writes Il Messaggero.
The Giallorossi are thinking of offering for Lucca a loan with obligation to buy at the end of the season in order to bypass Udinese’s requested 25 million euros fee.
