One of Guadalajara's most epic moments in this continental competition was the 4-0 thrashing of Los Bosteros in the quarterfinals of that edition. The Jalisco Stadium was packed to the rafters as the Rojiblanca steamroller ran roughshod over a Xeneize side that didn't even see it coming in the first leg, with Johnny García, Omar Bravo, 'Pato' Alfaro and 'Bofo' Bautista all scoring goals. Subsequently, the Rebaño finished the job with great authority in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a 0-0 draw at the Bombonera, a match that had to be ended early due to the desperation and invasion of the field by the local fans.

During Cruz Azul vs Chivas in the first leg of the 2003 Clausura Playoffs, Ramón Morales showed what he was capable of doing to defend the Rojiblanca. The Rebaño were pushing hard in an attempt to reverse a 3-1 deficit when Morales suffered a dislocated right elbow when he fell between two opponents. With no changes available, everyone thought that the Chiverío would be reduced to 10 men, but the 'Eternal Captain' asked the on-field doctor to immobilize his arm with a bandage and remained on the field to continue in search of another goal for the Rebaño's cause.

Don Jorge Vergara (r.e.p.d.) had promised upon his arrival at the club: the Rebaño would play at home in the red and white capital. The conditions to fulfill the promise to the Chivahermanos of the CDMX were met on July 27, 2010, when Chivas took over the Azteca to host Universidad de Chile. The setting was unbeatable, with a packed Azteca painted in red and white with more than 75 thousand fans who witnessed the 1-1 draw against the Andean side.

Omar Bravo's goal marked the end of an era... and the beginning of his legend.

As reigning AP15 MX Cup Champions, Guadalajara played the 2016 MX Super Cup in Carson, California, against the Tiburones Rojos of Veracruz. With the lead after Orbelín Pineda's goal in the first half, a breakaway by Eduardo López on the right allowed us to shout out Omar Bravo's last official goal with Chivas, sealing the 2-0 win that gave the title to the Rojiblancos, a goal that represented Omar Bravo's last with the Rojiblanca and that established the current club record for being the top scorer in history: a true legend.

The most faithful representation of the legacy of Don Jorge Vergara (r.e.p.d.) as owner of the Rebaño Sagrado was consummated on July 30, 2010, with a true Rojiblanca party to inaugurate the new home of Chivas: the AKRON Stadium. Together with Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United, the Chiva Nation enjoyed a vibrant 3-2 victory, where 'Chicharito' Hernández wore both jerseys and bid farewell to the Guadalajara fans to embark on his successful career in Europe.

As part of the celebrations for Club Guadalajara's 100th anniversary, Chivas played the 2006 Clausura Quarter-Finals against the Jaguares de Chiapas in an unforgettable series. The first leg was played at the Jalisco Stadium, in which the Chiapas side took a 2-3 lead in the last minute of the match. As if that wasn't enough, in the second leg, things got even more complicated with Walter Jiménez's goal after 15 seconds, but after the match was tied at 2-2, Guadalajara achieved a heroic comeback in the last 6 minutes of the match, with another pair of goals by 'Bofo' Bautista and Johnny García, which unleashed the madness of the Chivahermanos in Chiapas and all of Mexico.

The goal by 'Bofo' Bautista was screamed to the skies and... Let's celebrate the 11th!

The eleventh star of our Rebaño Sagrado could not have come in a better way. Guadalajara recovered from a Toluca goal in the first half to equalize the scoreboard in the second half and minutes later came the moment that we have tattooed in our memories. 'Venado' Medina faced left, cut to the center and saw the arrival of 'Bofo' inside the box, who, with a first-time left-footed shot, sent the ball into the net in front of Cristante's goal. With that goal, dedicated to his mother who passed away a few days earlier, a new championship for the Rebaño Sagrado in the 2006 Apertura was sealed.

One of the most memorable matches for all Mexican soccer fans was Chivas' scandalous 6-1 drubbing of Toros Neza in the Summer '97 Summer Final, a match that still holds the record for the most goals scored in a Liga MX title match. After the 1-1 draw in the first leg at Estadio Neza 86, a spectacularly full Jalisco Stadium was the setting for Guadalajara's tenth championship, thanks to a hat-trick by 'Gusano' Nápoles and goals by 'Tilón' Chávez and Manuel Martínez.

The first Champions of the Liga MX Femenil could not be any other than the Chingonas, who had an enviable campaign to lift the first trophy in the history of the pink circuit. The Rojiblancas arrived with the mission of overcoming the 2-0 deficit that Pachuca had inflicted on them in the first leg, and Arlett Tovar and Norma Palafox were on time to score a brace and seal the 3-0 win that gave Chivas Femenil the trophy at the AKRON Stadium.

The day Alicia Cervantes justified her nickname as the 'Predator of the Goal'.

The only thing Alicia Cervantes needed to be the best striker in the history of Liga MX Femenil happened on February 9, 2024, when the Rebaño's all-time leading scorer scored six goals to set a new record in the pink circuit as the player with the most goals in a single match. Her victim was Santos Laguna, who were punished by 'Licha' with 3 right-footed and 2 left-footed shots that ended up in the back of the net, in addition to 1 more headed goal, which also set the highest goal in the history of Guadalajara Femenil against the Laguneras by 10-2.
