Ahtinen and Summanen selected for Finland duty | OneFootball

Olga Ahtinen and Eveliina Summanen have been named in the latest Finland National Team squad.

The duo have been called up by Head Coach Marko Saloranta for the first round of their UEFA 2025 European Championship qualifiers.

Finland will face Montenegro in the first round of a two-legged play-off, travelling to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, on Friday 25 October (3.30pm UK) before having the home advantage in the reverse fixture four days later (4.30pm UK). If they win that, they will then face Hungary or Scotland in the final round of the play-offs, which is schedule to take place in November’s international break.

Seasoned Finland internationals, Olga has 60 caps to her name for her country, netting five goals, while Eveliina Summanen heads into the break with 64 caps to her name, scoring 15 goals in that time.
