Updates to the England women’s squads for the latest international window include Ashanti Akpan and Lucy Parry joining the U-23s.

Midfielder Akpan and Liverpool defender replace Leicester City’s Missy Goodwin and Rangers’ Olivia McLoughlin – following their withdrawals – for the European Competition finals in Spain.

Their match against Spain on Thursday 3 April at 6pm will be streamed live on the England YouTube channel. The U-23s will then meet either Sweden or Belgium on Sunday 6 April.

Aston Villa defender Rachel Maltby has been called up to the England WU19s squad for the final round of EURO qualifying, replacing Arsenal’s Sophie Harwood who has withdrawn.

Lauren Smith’s side play Belgium, Austria and Ukraine at St. George’s Park, with the group winners progressing to the EURO finals in Poland this June.
