A date, time and venue for Manchester City’s Subway League Cup semi-final clash with Arsenal have been confirmed.
Gareth Taylor’s side will travel down to Meadow Park on Thursday 6 February, with kick-off set for 19:00 (UK).
City gained passage to the last four with a 2-1 win over Manchester United at Leigh Sports Village thanks to goals from Laura Coombs and Lily Murphy.
Arsenal, meanwhile, beat Brighton 4-0 to reach the semis, and are the current holders having beaten Chelsea in last season’s final.
We faced the Gunners on the opening day of the 2024/25 Barclays Women’s Super League campaign, coming away from the Emirates Stadium with a 2-2 draw.
The hosts took an early lead, but goals from Vivianne Miedema and Jess Park looked to have sealed a hard-fought three points for City before Beth Mead’s late leveller.
City also face Arsenal just four days prior to our League Cup clash in the return WSL fixture at the Joie Stadium, with kick-off set for 12:00 on Sunday 2 February.
As always, you can follow comprehensive coverage of all the action from both our league and League Cup fixtures on the official Man City app.
Live text updates will begin 90 minutes ahead of kick-off in our Matchday Centre, guiding you through the action alongside audio commentary and push notifications.
