Itâs been a disappointing title defence from LaLiga champions AtlĂ©tico Madrid, and their situation appears to be getting worse before it gets better.
The Rojiblancos face a fight to finish in the Champions League spots and on Wednesday night, they hosted a Levante side who had previously won just one match all season.

So it was a shock when the bottom-of-the-league visitors took the lead from a Gonzalo Melero goal early in the second half at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Diego Simeone will be furious with that result, but what a boost for Levanteâs remote hopes of survival.
