Additionally, the tournament will help to decide berths for the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup.

Group A

Barbados leads Group A with six points after back-to-back wins in September. The Bahamas and the US Virgin Islands are even on one point apiece after drawing 3-3 in their opening encounter.

With a win against the U.S. Virgin Islands, Barbados can seal the top spot and promotion to League B. Niall Reid-Stephen leads the scoring for Barbados after scoring a brace in the most recent win.

Turks and Caicos Islands will seek its first victory after consecutive losses to start its campaign. The nation can only finish first in the group on tiebreakers, if every team finishes on six points.

At the end of the Group Stage in October, the three group winners and the best second-place finisher will advance to the 2024 CNL Play-In. The CNL Play-In will take place in November 2024, with further details to be announced at a later date.
