Furthermore, the legendary AC Milan trainer also believed Lamine Yamal would not be too big a problem for the Italians:

Further talking about Yamal, the Italian claimed the Spaniard was still not as good as Messi:

“I’ve read some exaggerated comparisons about Lamine. He’s a kid who’s doing important things. When he started in Barcelona, people said he was the new Messi, but he hadn’t reached that level. He’s an extraordinary, spectacular, elite player, but he doesn’t have Messi’s genius.”

Undoubtedly, Yamal is still in the early phase of his career and has a long way to go before his comparisons with Lionel Messi can be justified.
