Barcelona legend sends message to PSG boss Enrique after Champions League final win | OneFootball

Former Barcelona star Carles Puyol has taken to social media, to send a message of congratulations the way of Paris Saint-Germain headmaster Luis Enrique.

This, of course, comes fresh off a special night for all associated with the Frenchman champions on Saturday.

After making the trip to Munich for a Champions League final showdown with Inter Milan, PSG ran riot to the tune of a 5-0 triumph, in the process securing their first-ever title in the competition.

Messages of congratulations, in turn, have since come pouring in for a whole host of leading figures in the French champions’ continental triumph.

And as alluded to above, chief amongst them was none other than Carles Puyol.

After seeing his former teammate make history from the PSG bench, Barcelona legend Puyol took to his official Instagram account, to unveil a photo of Luis Enrique alongside the caption:

‘You are the best, brother!!!! Congratulations!!!!’
