Having been denied the precautionary measure to register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor by the court, FC Barcelona have turned to a different avenue to resolve the issue.
As reported earlier today, Barça president Joan Laporta is all set to close the operation for the sale of the VIP seat packages at the new Spotify Camp Nou, with an agreement in place with companies from the Middle East.
While MARCA reported that the Catalans are set to rake in €100 million from the deal, a fresh update from SPORT claims that the figure will be €120 million.
The imminent deal will not only enable the registration of Olmo and Victor in La Liga until the end of the season but will also usher in added benefits, as per the report from SPORT.
Indeed, with the injection of the €120 million from the operation, the Blaugrana will return to the 1:1 Fair Play rule.

As such, they would be in a position to register the new contracts of Golden Boy midfield duo Pedri and Gavi.
It has been a priority for Barcelona to secure the long-term renewals of the Spanish duo with their current deals expiring in 2026.
As reported already, agreements over the extensions are all but secured, but the announcement would depend on various factors, including the FFP situation.
But if Barcelona close the deal for the VIP seat packages and bring in €120 million, they would be in a position to officially announce and register Pedri and Gavi’s new contracts, which will be a huge boost for the club.
Alternatively, they could decide to wait out until the summer and instead look to add a fresh face to Hansi Flick’s squad next month if necessary.
