Arsenal have been handed a huge injury boost on Bukayo Saka ahead of the Premier League clash against Bournemouth on the road next weekend.

The England international has been in stunning form for the Gunners this season, bagging three goals and seven assists in ten appearances.

Saka was substituted with a hamstring issue playing for England against Greece and he has subsequently returned to the Gunners.

Speaking in the pre-match press conference before the Finland game, Carsley revealed that Saka should be available for Arsenal’s next game.

He said: “Bukayo would have been close, but it would have been unfair to take a risk with him. He’s a positive person, and I expect him to be fine.”

Carsley’s comments are a clear indication that Saka has suffered a minor problem and he could be fit for the next league game on the south coast.

The ‘unbelievable‘ star has had an exceptional fitness record since his breakthrough, and he will likely be included in the starting XI on Saturday.

Saka has taken the mantle of scoring goals and creating big chances with Martin Odegaard sidelined. He has a huge role to play in the coming weeks.

Odegaard is making good progress in his recovery, but Arsenal don’t expect him to be involved in training until the beginning of November.

After the Cherries game, Arsenal face Shakhtar Donetsk and Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.

This will be followed by away trips to Preston North End, Newcastle United, Inter Milan and Chelsea across three competitions before the next international break.
