The forward has failed to start a league game for the Potters so far this season, and could be on his way to the Seasiders.
Blackpool are interested in signing Stoke City's Niall Ennis this month, with Kyle Joseph expected to leave the club for Hull City in the coming days.
That's according to Alan Nixon via Patreon, who has said that Steve Bruce's side are looking to loan in the 25-year-old for the rest of the season.
This comes after Football League World exclusively revealed earlier in the week that both the Tangerines and Leyton Orient are targeting the out-of-favour striker, and it now looks as though the Lancashire side have taken the lead in that particular race.
Bruce needs to beef up his attacking unit, with current top scorer Kyle Joseph set to sign for Championship outfit Hull City in a £2.5 million deal.
Blackpool are currently sat 13th in the League One table, 10 points off the play-offs, and will be wanting to close the gap to the top six ahead of the run-in.
Ennis has made just eight Championship appearances for Stoke so far this season, with all of those coming from the bench.
The performances of Tom Cannon kept him away from the starting XI, and now Nathan Lowe looks to be the next star to lead the line at the bet365 Stadium.
Blackpool are hoping that the forward can replace Hull-bound Joseph, and the Potters may just let him out on loan despite scoring in the FA Cup third round in their 2-1 win over high-flying Sunderland at the Stadium of Light earlier in the month.
Ennis has struggled since moving to Staffordshire in February last year, finding the back of the net only once in the Championship in red-and-white.
Despite this poor run in the second tier, the former Blackburn Rovers man has a good record in League One, and he could provide the goals needed to push the Tangerines up the table in the final months of the campaign.
While Ennis has found it tough to force himself into the team consistently this season, he did play in the Championship for the first time since November on Saturday afternoon, coming off the bench in Stoke's 1-1 draw away to West Bromwich Albion.
The recalling of Cannon by Leicester City has left the Potters light in the striking department, and therefore, Blackpool may have to wait until Mark Robins finds another forward before a deal can be agreed, but the 25-year-old could be a useful addition for the League One outfit.
He has proven in the third tier before that he can and will score goals, and he played a crucial part in helping Plymouth Argyle to promotion in 2022/23.
Losing Joseph to Hull will be painful, but Bruce can help ease that transition by bringing Ennis to Bloomfield Road.
