According to Sport Bild, Borussia Dortmund winger Julien Duranville has received another setback with his Bundesliga career as he has suffered yet another injury.
The 17-year-old has been absent for all of Dortmund’s fixtures so far this season due to suffering with a torn muscle fibre.
He made his comeback in an under-19 match against Borussia Mönchengladbach on Monday, but had to be substituted at half time as his injury began to flare up again.
Duranville will therefore be unavailable to Dortmund for a longer period of time.
The promising winger joined form Belgian side Anderlecht during the January transfer window but has only managed to make one competitive appearance so far for his new club. This came in Dortmund’s dramatic final match of the season in a 2-2 draw against Mainz where he played just 28 minutes.
It seems that Duranville may now miss the entire first half of the season.
