Brighton have rejected a bid worth £54m (€65m) from Al Nassr for forward Kaoru Mitoma, according to the Athletic's David Ornstein.
The Saudi Pro League side are currently close to completing the signing of Jhon Durán from Aston Villa, and have reportedly made the Brighton star their next top target as they look to bolster their attacking ranks, which already consists of Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mané.
However, Brighton appear to have no intention of losing the Japanese international, who is under contract until June 2027.
The 27-year-old joined the Seagulls in 2021 and spent the 2021/22 campaign on loan at Union Saint-Gilloise, who are owned by Brighton owner Tony Bloom.
Since then, he has become a key player under Graham Potter, Roberto De Zerbi and, now, Fabian Hürzeler.
He has featured in every league game under the German this season, and has five goals and three assists in those 23 games.
Al Nassr currently find themselves in fourth place in the Saudi Pro League, eight points behind Al Hilal.
