MIAMI – Barbados, Belize and Saint Kitts and Nevis aim to get one step closer to promotion as League C resumes in the 2024/25 Concacaf Nations League on Wednesday.

The three-match slate will be one of three matchdays in the third tier during the October FIFA match window. Barbados could be the first team to seal promotion to League B with a victory.

British Virgin Islands vs. Saint Kitts and Nevis

The British Virgin Islands meets Saint Kitts and Nevis in Group C at Warner Park in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Tiquanny Williams will seek to extend his lead in the golden boot race after consecutive braces in September. Williams struck twice for the Sugar Boyz in the 2-nil win over BVI in the previous match. Julani Archibald made two saves as he picked up his first clean sheet of the 2024/25 edition.

The two sides will contest the 350th match in the history of the Concacaf Nations League. This will be the second meeting in CNL history between these teams.

U.S. Virgin Islands vs. Barbados

The U.S. Virgin Islands faces Barbados in Group A at the Wildey Astro Turf Stadium in Bridgetown, Barbados.

A brace from Niall Reid-Stephen helped Barbados to a 3-nil win over the USVI in September. Carl Hinkson scored the opening goal in that encounter. Kishmar Primus made two saves as he collected his first clean sheet.

The two nations will face each other for the fourth time in the history of the CNL. The two were also opponents in the first two matchdays of League C in the 2019/20 tournament.

Barbados won all three CNL meetings to date and a meeting in the 2019/20 qualification. It will be the ninth match all-time between the two teams, with Barbados leading the series with seven wins to one defeat.

Anguilla vs. Belize

Anguilla and Belize meet in Group B at FFB Stadium in Belmopan, Belize.

Jordy Polanco scored the lone goal in Belize’s 1-nil win over Anguilla in what was the previous encounter for both nations. The goal marked Polanco’s third in two matches and fifth overall to extend his record as the nation’s all-time CNL scorer.

Charles Tillett provided three saves to secure his second clean sheet of the season. The Belize goalkeeper has made 70 saves in CNL history (7 saves and 3 clearances in the 2024-25 edition).
