Cardiff City Women went eight points clear in the Genero Adran Premier after Swansea City had to settle for a draw at home to Aberystwyth Town.

Mikayla Cook and Siobhan Walsh had Cardiff City Women two up at Barry, Taite Trivett pulled one back in first-half stoppage time only for Emma Beynon to restore the two-goal cushion before the break.

Swansea City rescued a point with an 82nd-minute equaliser by substitute Jessica Williams, Niamh Duggan having given Aberystwyth Town a first-half lead.

Pontypridd Town threatened a first win at Wrexham but game away with nothing despite leading twice. Jasmine Turner and Lauren Payne had them ahead, Rosie Hughes and Carra Jones replied before Hughes got an 89th-minute winner.

Next Sunday sees the final round of Adran Premier games before the divisional split.

Felinheli 4-1 NFA Rhyl 3-2 Llanfair United

Felinheli went second and cut Llandudno’s lead at the top to three points with a 4-1 defeat of NFA, as Ffion Williams and Jenna Allsup each bagged a brace. Rhyl came from behind to beat Llanfair with a Llio Davies double and one from Sade Benjamin

Llanelli Town 0-6 Briton Ferry Llansawel (Att: 50)

Briton Ferry lead the table by five points after scoring six at Llanelli, with two apiece from Laura May Walkley, Alison Witts and Fleur Jenkins.
