Celtic want to wrap up the signing of Aston Villa star Viljami Sinisalo before they travel to the United States for their pre-season tour on Tuesday, according to the Athletic.

Joe Hart decided to hang up his gloves after the end of last season, which left Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers with the task of finding a replacement.

He is expected to sign two goalkeepers, with Kasper Schmeichel also tipped to join.

Celtic have their eyes set on Aston Villa star Sinisalo as the other goalkeeper to come in.

The 22-year-old goalkeeper came through the Aston Villa academy set-up and spent last season with Exeter City on loan, making 50 appearances in all competitions.
