MIAMI — New editions of the Concacaf Champions Cup and the U-17 Men’s Qualifiers highlight This Week in Concacaf.
Here’s what is on tap for the coming week:
The 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup kicks off the 60th edition of the region’s premier club tournament on Tuesday. Twenty-two teams will begin Round One in a two-leg format with five champions awaiting to join the competition in the Round of 16.
Real Hope FA makes its debut against six-time champions Cruz Azul to start the first-leg matches on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Forge FC hosts CF Monterrey followed by Real Estelí against Tigres UANL.
Thursday will feature another doubleheader as Cibao FC hosts two-time winners CD Guadalajara and Cavalry FC meets Pumas UNAM.

The 2025 Concacaf U-17 Men’s Qualifiers begins on Friday, as 35 nations will seek to be among the eight teams representing Concacaf at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
The new Concacaf U-17 Men’s Qualifiers consist of a single round, in which the participating Member Associations are split into eight groups. After round-robin play, where each team will play against each team in its group once, the eight group winners qualify for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
