Juventus rely on Randal Kolo Muani, Francisco Conceicao and Manuel Locatelli for the Champions League play-off decider with Ivan Perisic’s PSV Eindhoven.
It kicks off at the PSV Stadion in Eindhoven at 20.00 GMT.
The Bianconeri have a 2-1 advantage from the first leg, which saw Weston McKennie and Samuel Mbangula on target around the temporary equaliser from ex-Inter winger Perisic.
Once again, Kolo Muani has pushed Dusan Vlahovic to the sidelines and leads the attack with support from Conceicao, McKennie and Nico Gonzalez.
That means Kenan Yildiz too is benched, but Locatelli steps in for Khephren Thuram in midfield following Sunday’s Serie A victory over Inter.
Juve have won four in a row in all competition and also start Lloyd Kelly at left-back, as Andrea Cambiaso is still not at 100 per cent.
Douglas Luiz, Pierre Kalulu, Arek Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal are still out of action.

PSV Eindhoven have a very strong home record in Europe, unbeaten here in their last 14 games and winning nine of them.
However, they haven’t won a Champions League knockout tie since beating Arsenal 2-1 on aggregate in the 2006-07 Round of 16.
Like the first leg, the Dutch side are still missing Malik Tillman and Ricardo Pepi, but former Roma full-back Rick Karsdorp is back in the squad along with ex-Bologna midfielder Jerdy Schouten.
There were some fitness concerns over midfielder Guus Til, who is only ready for the bench.
