Club Brugge reject Wolfsburg’s opening offer for Andreas Skov Olsen | OneFootball

Het Nieuwsblad are reporting that Club Brugge have rejected the opening offer from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg for Danish winger Andreas Skov Olsen. While the German side have already agreed personal terms with Skov Olsen, they are some way short of Club’s valuation of the winger. Their opening bid of around €8m was swiftly turned down by the defending Belgian champions. Club would likely want an offer closer to €16m and, given they are in such a strong financial position, can hold out for a number nearer to that which they have in mind.

Skov Olsen is in good form this season having scored eight goals and provided five assists in 27 games. Last year he scored an impressive 26 goals in 50 games. Since joining the club in January 2022, Skov Olsen has gone on to score 49 goals in 124 games. The 25-year-old is under contract with the Belgian side until 2026.
