A handful of players were acknowledged at the London Football Awards on Thursday evening with Chelsea significantly represented.

Cole Palmer led the way for the Blues, winning both Premier League Player of the Year and Goal of the Season thanks to his brilliant free-kick against Brighton.

Chelsea Women then walked away with multiple awards themselves as the Blues swept the ceremony.

Guro Reiten was honoured as the WSL Player of the Year while Sonia Bompastor won Manager of the Year and was the only female nominee in the category.

Additionally, Aggie Beever-Jones won Women’s Young Player of the Year for the second consecutive year.
