MIAMI — Finalists will be decided in the 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup and 2024 Concacaf Central American Cup this week as the road to the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup continues.
The United States U-17 women’s national team will seek to reach the final of the 2024 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, hosted in the Dominican Republic, as the tournament reaches its conclusion.
Here’s what is on tap across the region:
Concacaf Central American Cup
The semifinals of the Concacaf Central American Cup conclude with the second leg encounters. The two Play-In series, to decide the fifth and sixth participants from the region in the Concacaf Champions Cup, will also be decided.
Deportivo Saprissa and Comunicaciones FC start the week’s action on Tuesday with their Play-In series. The team’s tied 1-1 in the first encounter in Guatemala City.
FC Motagua and CD Águila will decide the second Play-In winner on Wednesday. Motagua seeks to defend a 2-nil lead in El Salvador.
Defending champions LD Alajuelense host Antigua GFC to determine the first finalist on Wednesday while last year’s runners-up Real Estelí visits CS Herediano on Thursday. Both series opened with scoreless draws, meaning an outright winner in the second leg will win the series.

Concacaf Caribbean Cup
The 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup will define its two finalists as the semifinals conclude.
Moca FC and Cavalier FC will meet on Wednesday after playing to a scoreless draw in the first leg. Cibao FC will seek to defend a 3-2 lead against Real Hope FA on Thursday.

FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup
The United States will be seeking to advance to the final of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup when it meets Korea DPR in the semifinals begin on Wednesday. The loser of the encounter will advance to the third-place match, taking place before the final, on Sunday.
