Dino Toppmöller signs new contract | OneFootball

The head coach has extended his contract, which was due to expire at the end of next season, until 30 June 2028.

Dino Toppmöller took over as head coach of the Hessian club in summer 2023. In his first season, the team finished sixth in the Bundesliga and qualified for the UEFA Europa League, where the 44-year-old led Eintracht to fifth place in the league phase and then to the quarter-finals after two wins over Ajax. In the current Bundesliga campaign, the Eagles secured European football again under Toppmöller with two matchdays to spare and can qualify for the UEFA Champions League on the final day of the season against SC Freiburg this Saturday.

There’s a significant and recognisable development, particularly compared to last season – both individually and at team level. A key factor in this positive development is the outstanding work by head coach Dino Toppmöller and his coaching staff.
