Eintracht Frankfurt value Kaua Santos at €60m | OneFootball

Sport Bild reports that Eintracht Frankfurt values the Brazilian goalkeeper at €60m and will not sell him for any less if clubs show interest in the summer.

Kaua moved to Frankfurt in 2023 for just €1.6 million from Flamengo and has since risen through the ranks in the club and is now their number two. Due to Kevin Trapp’s injuries this season, the 21-year-old has often been Die Adler’s number one and has performed considerably well.

His performances have naturally attracted the interest of wealthier clubs. Manchester United were said to be interested last summer, but Kaua rejected the Premier League side and extended his contract at Deutsche Bank Park until 2030.

Frankfurt believes that the current iteration of the Brazilian is only 50-60% of his potential, and Brazil’s goalkeeping coach agrees, as he also sees Kaua as a potential starter for Brazil.

Offers for the 21-year-old are expected in the summer, and Frankfurt do not want to sell. So the price they have set is €60m, if someone does offer that, Frankfurt will talk.
