Everton XI vs Wolves – Predicted lineup and team news

Everton are out to continue their upward trajectory under David Moyes when the Toffees visit Wolves on Saturday evening.
Everton are unbeaten in seven Premier League games under Moyes, following the Scot’s return to Merseyside for a second spell. Their form has lifted the club 15 points clear of the relegation places, though Moyes is refusing to rest on his laurels.
Saturday night’s clash will see Everton take on a Wolves team still battling for survival. Wolves are 17th in the table, just a place behind the Blues, though have only a five-point cushion from the bottom three. Vitor Pereira’s side will be without the talismanic Matheus Cunha, who starts a three-game ban following his red card against Bournemouth last weekend.
Carlos Alcaraz will hope to retain his place in the side after impressing at Brentford last time out. The Argentine came into the team in the absence of Abdoulaye Doucoure, who was missing due to the birth of his child. Doucoure is back available for tonight’s clash.
Everton remain without Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Armando Broja, so the in-form Beto will continue to lead the line. However, the pair are making progress in their respective recoveries. Iliman Ndiaye, Dwight McNeil, Orel Mangala and Seamus Coleman are also sidelined for the Toffees.
Everton predicted XI: Pickford; O’Brien, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko; Garner, Gueye, Doucoure; Alcaraz, Harrison, Beto.
Wolves host Everton in the Premier League on Saturday 8th March 2025. Kick-off at Molineux is 20:00 GMT.
The game will be shown live on TNT Sports 1.
