Barcelona enjoyed a commanding 3-0 victory over Osasuna, with Ferran Torres playing a crucial role in their success.
The Spanish forward was instrumental in securing the win, opening the scoring with a well-taken goal that set the tone for the rest of the match.
His performance was particularly impressive given his usual role as a substitute, highlighting his ability to step up when called upon.
After the game, Ferran Torres expressed his satisfaction with the result and emphasised the importance of treating each match like a final.
With the battle for the top spot heating up, he acknowledged that every victory matters significantly at this stage of the campaign.
“Every game is now a final. Today was a final because it was an important game for us, and we won it, which is what matters,” he said.

He admitted that he feels most comfortable playing as a striker at the moment, as it allows him to perform to the best of his abilities.
However, he made it clear that he remains versatile and capable of playing effectively on the wing if needed.
“Many consider me a catalyst, but I consider myself a player who is ready to perform on the pitch whenever the manager needs me.
“As a striker, I’ve been feeling very comfortable lately. I think it’s the position I can perform best in right now, but that doesn’t mean I can’t also play on the wing,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Pablo Torre made his return to action after two months on the sidelines, coming on at halftime to replace Frenkie de Jong.
Despite his lengthy absence, Torre displayed moments of quality, reminding fans of his potential and skill.
Reflecting on the hectic calendar, Torre acknowledged the challenges of maintaining consistent performance with so many matches to play.
“With this tight schedule, we have to face everything as best we can. We have a lot of games, and they are not always easy, but we want to win and get ahead.
“Against Osasuna, we were able to, but other days, it is harder. The most important part of the season remains,” he said.

Looking ahead to their upcoming match against Girona, Torre noted that he and Eric Garcia are particularly familiar with their opponents due to their previous experiences.
“Eric and I, above all, know how they operate. They have a spectacular manager who makes them play very good football. We’ll have to bring out our weapons.”
As a Barcelona player, Torre is living his dream and appreciates the privilege of representing such a prestigious club.
However, he acknowledges the fierce competition within the squad and understands that earning regular playing time is never guaranteed.
“It’s a dream to be at Barça. We all want to play, and we know it’s difficult,” he admitted.
