Ex-Chelsea striker Diego Costa set for Willian reunion at Corinthians

Former Chelsea and Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa is heading to Corinthians.

The 33-year-old has been a free agent since he left Atletico Mineiro six weeks ago.

According to reports in Brazil, Costa may have been holding out for a move back to Europe.

However, no interest emerged, and he is now likely to sign for Corinthians.

He will play for ex-Porto boss Vitor Pereira and earn roughly £46,000-a-week on an eighteen month contract.

Costa will also be reunited with former Chelsea teammate Willian, who joined Corinthians from Arsenal last summer.
