Miami, FL – In February, Concacaf teamed up with FOX Corporation's Tubi for an exciting new partnership that has allowed millions of fans across Mexico to enjoy for free the region’s most prestigious men’s club competition, the Concacaf Champions Cup.
This alliance has been a total success, and Concacaf is extremely happy with its new partner in Mexico, FOX, and its distribution via its Tubi platform. In the tournament’s first three rounds, Tubi has set new streaming audience records and delivered on its commitments.
Concacaf Champions Cup action resumes this week, with the second leg of the Quarterfinals. On Tuesday, April 8, Tigres UANL will host the reigning MLS champions LA Galaxy in Monterrey, with the series tied 0-0 after the first leg. Later that night, the two highest-ranked teams in Concacaf, Club América and Cruz Azul, will face off – the series is also tied 0-0 on aggregate.
On Wednesday night, Inter Miami will host Los Angeles FC, who currently lead the series 1-0. Meanwhile, the Vancouver Whitecaps will travel to Mexico City to compete for the final semifinal spot against Pumas UNAM. The first leg in Vancouver ended with a 1-1 tie.
Semifinal action is scheduled for late April and early May, and the single-leg final, where the Champions Cup’s new champion will be crowned, will take place on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
Fans can follow and enjoy the competition through the Confederation's TV partner networks, including FOX and Tubi (USA-English), Univision, TUDN, and Vix (USA-Spanish), Tubi (Mexico), One Soccer (Canada), ESPN and Disney+ (Central America, Caribbean, and South America), and Concacaf’s YouTube Channel for all other territories (subject to territory restrictions).
