Barcelona have announced that Francisco Trincão has left the club on loan to join Sporting CP in Portugal.
The 22-year-old arrived at the Camp Nou from Braga in 2020 for a fee of over €30m but fell out of favour last year.
After spending last season with Wolves, he has now departed on another season-long loan to the Portuguese capital.
The deal also includes an option for Sporting to make the move permanent for €10m.
However, Barcelona do retain a buy-back option for Trincão which will be valid for the next three seasons.
In total, the Portugal international made 42 appearances for the Blaugrana in all competitions, scoring three goals.
