Manchester United's new contract talks with Bruno Fernandes have stalled.
United are keen to upgrade the midfielder's deal after a superb 18 months with the club.
However, the Mirror says agent Miguel Pinho's new demand has stalled negotiations.
Pinho is insisting United include a buyout clause in the new arrangement.
For the moment, United are refusing to consider the option, while they have put on the table a new deal worth €350,000-a-week.
