Gavi responds to Barcelona youngster’s breakout performance vs Villarreal | OneFootball

Barcelona star Gavi has tonight taken to social media, to send a message of support to teammate Pablo Torre.

Youngster Torre, of course, is fresh off an evening to remember.

Afforded a first-ever La Liga start in Barcelona’s colours, the attacking midfielder shone bright en route to the Blaugrana’s downing of Villarreal.

After first laying on Robert Lewandowski’s opener courtesy of a gorgeous assist, Torre later went on to add a fine goal of his own, all within an hour of playing time.

Post-match, the 21-year-old, in turn, has since been deservedly singled out for adulation across the Spanish football landscape.

And, as alluded to above, a short time ago, such messages of recognition were added to by another of Barcelona’s up-and-coming young talents.

After coming across Barcelona’s official Instagram post hailing Torre for his starting debut, sidelined midfielder Gavi reposted as much on his own page, as showcased below:
