FC Barcelona continued with the dominating run of games in La Liga last night, as they got a 5-1 victory over Sevilla. This was the sixth game that the Catalans have won by three or more goals this season, and the feelings of the team in general are very good.

Several players have stepped up, and shown clear improvements since Hansi Flick has taken over. But despite these improvements and the good form of the team, the German tactician is not entirely satisfied.

As SPORT has reported, this was clear from some of the comments that the German tactician made after the game against Sevilla. Talking about the lone goal that the Andalusians were able to score in this game, Flick clearly showed his displeasure: “I don’t like that we conceded a goal. We’ll analyze it.”

The Barcelona head coach also praised some of the players, like Gavi, Raphinha, and Lewandowski, after this match, but he wanted his players not to focus only on the good things, and also to contemplate the weaknesses the team showed against Sevilla.

The Spanish publication claims that this is in line with the coaching style of the former Bayern Munich manager, who wants his team to always remain in a state of tension. The team showed a somewhat relaxed approach in the game, especially as they were already winning 4-0, when Sevilla took advantage, and this is exactly what Flick wants his team to avoid.

This lack of satisfaction shown by Flick at the end of the match goes on to show his competitive and perfectionist nature. Hopefully, this will make the team avoid making such mistakes in the future, especially in the matches against Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, as these two sides are likely to inflict significantly more damage if Barcelona show any weakness.
