This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They also anticipate that Stefan de Vrij will start the match in defense.

Over the last week Marcus Thuram has been recovering from an ankle problem that he sustained in Inter’s last match.

The problem is not a serious one for the 27-year-old. He took a blow to the ankle during Monday’s Serie A win over Fiorentina. But there’s no underlying injury.

However, that knock was enough to force Thuram off in the first half of that match against La Viola.
