Neil MacFarlane's side have just returned from the Atlantic Cup in Portugal, where the side recorded two victories and one loss. Both wins at the tournament came against first-team oppositions.
The confidence the side showed to beat teams with great experience is indicative of the form the young Bees have shown throughout the 2024/25 campaign.
"Portugal was so good for us as a team," said Holland. "We were able to challenge ourselves against tough opposition and we really proved what we always knew we were capable of.
"This season started slowly but, as soon as we got into our rhythm, we have been so confident in our abilities and everyone has been able to see it on the pitch.
"New players have come into the side but nothing has been affected, they have all fitted in with us nicely and that is always a good thing.
"Winning is not everything in our current stage but it is such a good feeling to be in this sort of form as a team and we do not want it to stop."
Holland has nine assists already this season with five of those coming against Charlton last year, but the winger wants to add more goals to his game, too.
"I am pleased with the work that I have been putting in on the training ground. Being able to supply others on the pitch is a great feeling and it teaches you how to not be selfish," he added.
"I do want to score more goals though and I think that is something that I can work on as we head into the latter parts of the season."
Brentford closed their Atlantic Cup campaign with a 1-1 draw against Allsvenskan side IFK Värnamo after 90 minutes, before winning 5-3 in a penalty shoot-out.
In their previous outing before heading to the tournament, they were involved in an exciting 2-2 draw against west London rivals Chelsea Under-21s with Kyreece Lisbie, who has since moved to Colchester United on a permanent deal, netting a brace.
The young Bees' last league game was a comfortable 3-0 victory against Cardiff City.
Brentford sit third in the league table, two points off leaders Charlton Athletic but with three games in hand over the Addicks.
Watford Under-21s are fifth in the PDL table, having won nine and lost seven of their 16 league fixtures so far.
Like Brentford, the Hornets have been in good league form themselves and go into Wednesday's match on the back of four successive wins.
The club will have updates of the match against Watford on social media, as well as a match report on the club's official website and app.
