Toronto FC have their next manager in club history, Robin Fraser. Fraser has a long and respected history within Major League Soccer both as a player and coach. After retiring from a successful career within Major League Soccer, Fraser was an Assistant Manager at Real Salt Lake from 2007 until the end of the 2010 season. Heading into the 2011 MLS season, Fraser was hired as the Manager of Chivas USA where he managed the club for two seasons. With Chivas, Fraser managed 70 games and finished with a record of 18 wins, 21 draws, and 31 losses. I’d just throw in, not many were successful with Chivas USA… leading to the club ending in 2014.

Robin Fraser then joined the New York Red Bulls organization as an Assistant Manager under Mike Petke. He was with the Red Bulls for two seasons and then joined Toronto FC where he was an assistant under Greg Vanney. In the summer of 2019, Fraser would once again get a shot at being a Manager with the Colorado Rapids. Fraser managed the Rapids for roughly four seasons and 129 games. He ended his Rapids career with a record of 46 wins, 35 draws, and 48 losses. Though the record doesn’t seem overly impressive, Fraser had some great high points with the Rapids and helped develop some players along the way. He now gets another crack at being a Manager, this time with an organization he found a ton of success with as an Assistant Manager. Fraser was part of a coaching staff that won a MLS Cup, a Supporters' Shield, and three Canadian Championships with Toronto FC. He knows this club and if there was any spot that he could end up finding immediate success with… I think it’s Toronto.
