Mohamed Toubache-TER reports that Saudi Arabian side Al Faisaly have completed the signing of 31-year-old Cape Verde international attacker Julio Tavares from Ligue 1 side Dijon.
He passed a medical today with success after flying into Saudi Arabia to complete the move says goodbye to 8 years with DFCO.
