Paris Saint-Germain could be in the market for another midfield addition this summer. Last year, they added João Neves to a group that already included Vitinha, Warren Zaïre-Emery, and Fabián Ruiz.

Despite that depth, PSG seem intent on building Luis Enrique’s project around a dynamic and flexible midfield. The manager hasn’t hesitated to rotate regularly, aiming to keep his squad fresh across all competitions.

Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that Juventus will make Tonali their top target to strengthen their midfield this summer if they can secure Champions League qualification.

CaughtOffside previously reported that several top European clubs — including Manchester City, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich, and PSG — are closely monitoring Tonali’s situation.

According to the outlet, Tonali has hinted he might be open to a move away from Newcastle United this summer. The Italian midfielder has impressed since arriving from AC Milan.

While Newcastle are said to be keen on keeping him, CaughtOffside notes there’s a belief the club could consider offers in the €80 million range.

Despite rumors about a possible move away, Telegraph Football reported that Sandro Tonali is committed to staying at Newcastle. He wants to repay Eddie Howe, the fans, and the club for standing by him during his gambling ban.
