Barcelona starlet Lamine Yamal will soon be rewarded by Adidas with his own range of signature apparel.

That’s according to football insiders Footy Headlines, who have on Tuesday provided an insight into the situation.

Adidas, until now, have had two ‘signature’ athletes in the field of football, in the form of Barcelona icon and current Inter Miami star Lionel Messi, and Real Madrid standout Jude Bellingham.

After wrestling the aforementioned Lamine away from Nike earlier in the year, though, the plan of Adidas is to make the 17-year-old their next leading representative.

As per Footy Headlines:

‘Lamine will soon have his signature logo and boots, just like Bellingham and Messi.’

Not only that, but, upon Messi announcing his retirement, his heir at Barcelona is expected to replace the Argentine as Adidas’ main ambassador for the brand’s ‘F50’ boot range.

Jude Bellingham, meanwhile, will continue to act as the lead model for Adidas’ ‘Predator’ boots.
