Lazzari initially struggled to switch from a wing back to a true full back under Sarri last season but things clicked earlier this year and he’s been playing well.

There are fears that the 28-year-old could be sidelined for a number of weeks due to the injury, although further tests will be carried out to understand the true extent of the issue.
